G7 PUMP for grapes (patented) 50 ton/hour, optimum performance and maximum reliability
For the transfer of grapes, marc and semi-solid products (citrus fruit, fruit, oranges, olives, olive-pomace, meat, fish, prickly pear figs, , dates).
It acts by pressure and not by centrifugal force, it ensures the best possible treatment of the pumped product with wide passages without bottlenecks. High hourly production 50 tons/hour, with low revolutions (47 rpm). Double large chamber D.400X300, it allows the transfer of grapes with the utmost delicacy, avoiding breaking of the stalks, the crushing of peel and grape pips. The internally worked pump body ensures the minimum leakage of liquids and the obtaining of heads up to 10 meters in height and 50 meters of distance.
The particular construction of the valve (blade) reduces the pressure exerted on the olive reducing wear of the mechanical parts and a lower power absorption.
All the seals work on tempered stainless steel bushings, they are easily replaceable in case of wear, they avoid damage to the olive tree and offer practically unlimited duration.
